When I was scoping out the casino and I was on my way out the main entrance, I realised I could trade in my maze bank office ( The one that originally cost 4,000,000 GTA$ ) for 2,000,000 GTA$ but when I traded it in I did not get any money what do ever. So I waited in case it took a little bit to come through. But when I check my account the next day I never got the money.

Didn't get to use my free emote ticket
I received a free emotes ticket one RDR2 online and when I used it (I tried to get the Blow Kiss emote), it said that I didn't have enough money and needed to use gold to buy it. I no longer have the free emote ticket, so I'm pretty bummed. I pay for the Outlaw Pass 3 and I've paid for gold as well. It be nice if I could just get what I'm technically paying for. TIA. .

Today I logged into GTA ONLINE just to see my account was RESET? Are you guys kidding me? I've played gta since the beginning in 2013 on my main player for 7 years! just for it to get reset? I didn't do anything wrong, a legit account I've played for the longest time just gone, wow. Unbelievable. you guys can falsely reset an account but you can't reply to my ticket asking for help to solve why I lost 4 vehicles from moving one properties vehicles to another via buying a new property and trading it in, assuming the cars would transfer over because shouldn't it do that in the first place? common sense you know? My friends accounts have been reset too! You guys don't know what you're doing you cannot just reset or wipe random people and call it a day! Unbelievable Rockstar, I want my account back. Players will not support a Greedy Company and that's a fact. I've literally spent money on your game! if my account is gonna be reset I want my money back. PSN: furiousmonkey007

It has taken a few months but as soon as I submitted my review on here and told Rockstar support that I will be taking further action against them they gave me a partial refund for one of my lost vehicles. All of a sudden they said they did another investigation so partially refunded me which I am so so pleased about. It's better than no refund at all.

I keep having my vehicles disappear on gta v that I have paid good money for and all rockstar says is that I have sold them when I haven't! These people are stealing my money and taking my stuff. They are doing nothing to resolve my issue...but where do I go to make a formal complaint against them? They won't reimburse me for my vigilante that disappeared and my scramjet went missing a few days ago yet they say I sold it on the 27/05 ID

Same *** thing happened to me it’s there fault for having the *** glitch in their game proper pisstake mate!!! Wouldn’t mind if it left me all my stuff I already had spent like 500 on the fy king game over the years and just lost the lot !
