Hello, I am unable to launch rockstar game Launcher , my internet connection is working and I had access to RGL a few days ago , I am unable to download RGL and sing in social club. incomplete installation code 1, so it does not allow me to enter the game. even I can not launch the GTA story mode. so I would like to fix the problem. before it was easy to contact the support services but now it is hard.

We were trying to purchase game grand theft auto and we were charged 3 times 29.99 and need to be refunded for 2 of them charges. Im very frustrated that this was takin out of my account 3 times.
