Ban appeal
I have now had 8 tickets on the rockstar support website and none of them have resolved my issue after days of trying. My account was banned for 30 days and my gta online character wiped and Im not being told as to why that may be, all Im getting is a vague we cannot supply details on the choices of our bans.
I know full and well that this is regarding the money and levels added to my pc account, but I have sent in proof at least 2-3 times that these were both granted to me by your employee by the name of Valeria after her and I discussed the transfer of my PS5 account to pc, and the transaction that took place was her way of payback since I couldnt migrate my character over. I request to talk to someone, additionally I want a full reconsideration of this entire case as I have done no wrong, and if I have, Im not aware as to why or what I did.

I was suspended for no reason for text and voice chat when they were off the whole time
I have 2 PlayStation Fives and both of my accounts are on them. And the chat is all off.
I do not talk crap to anyone. I go into party chats to talk to friends. So me getting suspended randomly for no reason and no explanation, well, the explanation was voice and chat, but I don't text anybody or chat with anybody in-game. So for me to be getting suspended for something that I didn't do is ridiculous.
And I need you guys to do something about it. This is unfair. There are people out there doing far worse things, and you guys are not taking action towards it, but you take action towards something that wasn't done. That does not make any sense.
How must I feel safe on GTA if you guys might do this? When Grand Theft Auto VI comes out, there's going to be no fun for anyone, especially when there are little kids on this game and you guys don't do anything with voice recognition.
But you guys will do voice for cursing, even when nobody's mic is on. Come on.

I got banned for no reason and I’ve spent thousands on shark cards they won’t tell me why they banned me
Don’t buy things in this game they will take them away
I have been playing gta forever but I started playing religiously around 2019 I have spent thousands of dollars on shark cards and grinding in missions. I even bought a shark card a few days before I got banned.
To my suprise I went to log in and it says I was banned.
So I messaged rockstar support to see if maybe it was a glitch and they said they dont need to tell me why I was banned. But I never did anything I dont even bother other players I just go on there to mod cars.

Why is Battleye kicking me every 20 minutes? I was getting EMP for casino heist when Battleye kicked me.
I've never glitched heists, also I've never cheated in this game. Please help me out. I cannot play this game with Battleye kicking me every 20 minutes.

I lost rare clothes, special outfits, all Halloween stuff, rare t-shirts, Thanksgiving stuff, Christmas stuff, a lot of items from GTA+. My old gamer tag was Freddy5th_t; change it to llll-Gho5t7-llll, level 1175, now 218.
