Can’t play any missions online or it kicks me from the game getting an error code: 0x21002001 I’ve done all I can to resolve the issue checked bar type reset router used LAN direct connection switch to a new PS4 just invested money into the game currency and can’t even play running at least 200 mbps every time I test it so should be any connection issues

Hey so I created my GTA account on my PS3 years ago and I had so much progress on it and I was wondering now that I can play on PC if I can transfer the data or my character over to the PC. I really want to get back into GTA on my PC and play with my friends. Is there any way I could get any help?
