So, this started a week ago. A simple question about my account has turned into a major issue for me.

The customer service team responds extremely rude and condescending. I refused to accept the apology in the form of "helping with my account". I was looking to get some sort of help in GTA $ because accounts cannot be transfered and I have hundrends of millions in assets and $ built up on my Xbox One account. After explaining how rude the customer servuce as they sent my account 100 million and some levels.

They said it was feom my Xbox Ones levels and worth. This has not been an easy ride for me. I simply just wanted to get my vusinesses started and still probably 60 million shy of "Only that".

Im not sure why after dealing with a couple extremely rude employees and them saying they are trying to help that they cant just send me the othe 60 so i can be closer to business being better. After having hurt feelings and days of actual fruatration just from the rude communication, why not just help the correct way?

After navigating through their automated phone system, I finally reached a point where I expected to speak with a representative, but instead, the call was either dropped or not answered. As a dedicated fan of their games, particularly the Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption series, I had hoped for better customer service, especially from such a renowned company. My issue seemed urgent, and I was eager for a solution that I couldn't find through their online resources. However, being unable to reach someone directly not only delayed the resolution but also left me feeling somewhat overlooked as a consumer.

While I understand that large companies like Rockstar might receive overwhelming amounts of calls, it would be ideal for them to improve their customer service channels. Whether it's through a more responsive support system or better online resources, offering more effective communication options would greatly benefit both the company and its loyal players.

Missing properties in GTA online

No reply from rockstar, they make it incredibly hard to contact them for customer support. I'm missing properties in game should be an easy fix yet I can't seem to ever get ahold of Rockstar

Absolutely unnerving that these companies continue to fail on the promises they make when we purchase their products. If a company cannot hire a representative to answer the phone for customer service issues they should be shut down. Period. We are the only reason they are even in business.
