Trouble with rockstar account

So my wifi is working my internet is all fine but for some reason I am not able to load in online for gta 5 and red dead redemption it says rockstar services are unavailable and having issues loading into your rockstar website Mainly I can't get online on gta 5 or red dead I check there was no outages in my area so I don't know what to do

I purchased a megalodon shark card because of an extra 5 million dollar added promotion but I didnt receive any extra money also the website does not work for submitting help requests I dont know whether that is a bug with the website or what but Im very upset I spent almost $100 just to not get what I was promoted

User's recommendation: Don’t buy shark cards.

GTAV banning

I don't know what I did wrong I was just doing missions and playing with friend and get banned for no reason there was modders in almost every game that I joined and was dropping money on me I been playing gta since 2013 and never had to cheat even up to this day I had always been buy 100$ worth of shark cars so ya'll can get money and I can spend it I always worked and paid for money and this is the only time that I get banned the first time I was banned I had just joined gta on pc and tried to play online I was banned at that time my account was hacked so I lost everything pls I just wanna play gta online I did not buy this game for nothing I bought it to play online and have fun

Gold Bars didn't go through
