GTA5 is has one of the greatest multiplayer games of this era for me, but don't even get yourself in a situation where you need to call customer support. Because you wont get any help. A hacker stole your account and had a party with your stats? Your fault. A glitch broke open your garage and then your cars run away like dogs waiting their chance at freedom from its owner? Your fault. The customer support is so awful that you have to wait weeks just to get a reply. In fact if you were calling customer support because you got banned you'll probably resolve your issue by the time the ban is lifted. One of the worst customer supports I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And they dare go the MMO route where a game lives and dies by customer support... lmao anyways Do not buy any Rockstar Multiplayer Focused game in the future. They showed they cant handle that market.

I have called rockstar on 4 occasions as I bought a 3.5 million shark card and did not revive the money in 2+ days I am very unhappy with the survive because they have not solved the problem for me after I followed the steps to do so!

Phoned rockstar after 8yearold son used my credit card and made an unauthorised purchase. Explained to them what had happened and they couldn't care less . Cost me £65 and PlayStation uk just as bad . Don't expect any help . Just quote they policy's at you . --------s

I went on the PlayStation forum and made a post about the poor customer service - called back and was given a refund when I told the rep about my forum post as well as the numerous comments it got. I suggest you give it a shot as well ...it's worth a try !

So I talked to this guy and he didn't give me his name and I told him the problem that I have with Grand Theft Auto 5 and the problem that I had was my break wouldn't work even though I have modded out my car and he didn't believe me so I waited on hold for 10 minutes and he told me that he would email me and I had to video it for them to investigate it once again I do not trust them and he was very rude he tried to argue with me of what my question was and he didn't even answer it it was some guy so yeah I would not call them if you need help I would just file a complaint here!!!

I got ban for some modder that came into the game and did something called a money drop. It doesn't matter how fast you run or where you hide it still drops on your head. I told the rep at rockstar what had happen but he didn't act like he cared. I asked him if he could pull the video session up and tell me the name of the hacker so I may sue him, he said no that they can't pull up such playback videos. I then asked how you can protect yourself from this money drop and he said deposit it into the bank and we will remove it. I'm sorry but a few friends did that who was not modding neither got banned for doing that as well. So I guess your screwed either way. Looking at videos online I saw there was a lot of members getting ban who did nothing wrong. I heard it was a scam by RockStar to boost sales by making people buy another product key to continue playing online with friends. I'm sad to say but I believe it.

I'll open this up with saying I never go out of my way to leave a bad review but they definitely deserve it. I bought grand theft auto V, and at that 3 separate times. I bought it for Xbox 360, then for Xbox One, then for PlayStation 4. Rockstar was GLAD to take my money three separate times, and between buying the game and in game purchases, I had probably spent $250+ on which there was never an error. HOWEVER, when it came to helping me out with problems I encountered, such as not getting the money I BOUGHT in game, or TRANSFERING the characters from console to console, they didn't seem too enthusiastic to help me... actually, they didn't seem to help me at all. "Sorry. The bottom line is that you can't transfer between next gen consoles." "Okay but you can transfer from previous to next gen, right?" "Yes you can" "And if the transfer was made to my account in an error, you would've changed it correct" "Well yes" "So then it is safe to assume you can act as if this was an error and wipe it then transfer my old 360 to my PS4, correct?" "No you can't it was successful last time so nothing can be done." "Can't you give me some sort of reparation to make up for the fact that I've bought this game 3 times.." "Nope. Is there anything else i can help you with?"... Literally absolutely useless. Noncompassionate robots that did nothing but read off of a computer screen. Thanks rockstar, I'm glad you *** took money from a loyal customer on 3+ occasions with out a problem, but failed to reciprocate even a tiny degree.

I've had an organisation on GTA online now for a while, at first no issues, then came a plane cargo delivery. Well every single time I have to make a shipment by plane it gets destroyed, the plane bugs out and I lose all control over it, no matter what I'm doing with my controller to try and save it, nothing works. And no its not my controller because I have 3 and it happens regardless of which one I'm using. After the third time that it happened I tweeted support and they told me to submit a ticket. Done. I get told to re calibrate GTA, which I had already looked into after the second time, I then got told to send a video of it to them (as if I record every single thing on my PS and actually save it.. like no.) So I said it would take a while, as I had to fill my warehouse and wait for a plane delivery. Ticket got closed. Opened another after the 4th time it happened to submit the video. Video didn't submit and I got told to RECALIBRATE AGAIN. I swear they work off a script, copy and paste solutions that don't work 90% of the time. Then an hour after this it happened again. Well I lost it, tweeted them again to try and get some sort of resolution but got blatantly ignored 3 times. I've had GTA 5 since it first came out, preordered it. Yet they've just pied my off. Rude AF.
