Bought a great white shark card and it doesn't have the 25 digit pin number

It only has a 10 digit number on the back of it and wondering if I will get a different shark card..

I had no interaction with customer service

The game cheated my son out of challenge earnings. He called customer support for assistance and was repeatedly disconnected without speaking to anyone.

User's recommendation: A waste of time.
