Rockstar Games in Memphis, Tennessee - Money taken and bad multiplayer experience

Ok rockstar you officially won the worst at hosting online games. You make a game where in order to have fun you need money but you make it *** impossible to make money. If you want people to play your piece of *** game make it easy to make money. You ban people who hacked the money glitch but everyone loved them bc now people could buy things and play with there friends. And y'all's servers sucks worse than EA's. I have a full connection and it still says can't connect to rockstar server. Get your *** together rockstar or else no one will want to buy another game like this

This some bull I cannot connect to gta online I need help with it u gonna give us another 500000 dollars ? Give me a million I had zentornos on my house and now I can't can't connect to gta online I'm done with rockstar I'll keep playing other rockstar games if u fix your online servers when I try to play online I get stuck on the loading screen

Rockstar Games in Los Angeles, California - Game freeze & would not load

This has been the worse experience ever!! As soon as I was playing this game it started to freeze & then after it would not load, obviously I call technical support to see how they would help me resolve it & of course they couldnt so they said send us the game so we can replace it, well to my surprise they said I needed to give them $20 more of my hard earn money because it was scratch?? WAIT WHAT???? SCRATCH!!! I took pics and still have them to this day and the disk was not scratch at all, however like any company dont want to take the responsibility they said if I didnt pay the $20 then they would send me my game back. Well here we are 3/mo *** months later and still dont have a game nor replacement nor my money back....WOW!!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!! I have made several complaints and they will not do anything about it, now I will start to seek legal assistance and will start to contact the media, maybe this way they will hear all the complaints of all of us that have been rip off. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I REFUSE & WILL ENSURE THAT I NOTIFY ANYONE/EVERYONE OF WHAT ROCKSTAR GAMES HAVE DONE SO PEOPLE DONT GIVE THEM ANYMORE OF THEIR HARD EARN CASH!!!!!

Rockstar Games - Game Freezing Review from Walnut Creek, California

immediately game started freezing, in game content not working properly, getting kicked offline and out of server,they shut down there technical support phone line,and would not respond to my email. when phone lines were turned back on, they implied all the problems were mine, I in turn submitted my playstation for service,they couldn't find anything wrong so replaced it,resulting in the loss of all my game data pictures etc. upon learning a multitude of customers were experiencing the same problemsI inquired true a refund and was denied. by then inquired to some sort of in-game monetary compensation, and in as of 3 months laterI have yet to hear from them. I will never buy another a rock star games product again, nor would I ever recommend anyone else to do so. they're technical support staff no very little about the problems,and seemed very frustrated with the overwhelming volume of calls they must have been receiving, my heart goes out to them, I hope they are getting paid well, as I'm sure they're earning every penny. I am appalled that a company with such large revenue, acquired in such a short time do to loyal customers would neglect them as they did. I understand it would be glitches and wrinkles to iron out, and certainly would have understood that and then patient for them to have been resolved, but four of them not to stand up and accept the fact it was their problem, I,M PISSED !!

I have paid real money on my cc for your "fake" bucks when I get my cars blown up by another player I have to pay to get them back also if I blow up some other players car I again have to pay for their car. also twice now I have lost guns an the expensive ammo I have paid for! yeah I am pissed an will no longer buy any more fake bucks with my real money! im not a kid im 59 yrs old I bought the hobbit edition of your ps3 an also 6 other games. I aslo see that people *** your fake bucks an hear them on their mics bragging they have millions of your fake bucks an that *** me off even more I have paid over $50.00 on my debit card for this! I want my account credited back or return the guns an ammo along with at least 1 million bucks back if you wish me to do further business with you!!

Rockstar Games - You took my lagit money

Hello I bought 2 white shark cards on gta5 online containing 2.5 million and you took away my lagit money I would like it back and my servers are bad as I can't join a session as it says timed out server lost location of session thank you. I would be pleased with this game if I got back my money and fixed the servers I was very very angry when you took my money and I have only found out how to file a complaint today and now I am sending this email or complaint to get back my money

Hi I am a very pissed off customer gta online for ps3 has know not been worrking for 8god dam days an my system an internet and my game disc are all in great condition and everyone Iknow is not having any problems so why am Iwhen Ilive not even ten minutes away from my brother an it works great their Ilive in brampton ontario an my online name is thenextguy420 oh an not to mention all your other rockstar games online work fine so you either fix this by this time tomorow wich well be 9days Iwell smash every rockstar game ihave an toss em aswell Ihave at least 50 other people who well join me doing so an none of my many friends well ever think about buying your games again this is extremly ridiculous an you have billions of dollars to fix it so do so

Rockstar Games - I keep getting killed for no reason not bothering a specific person

I keep getting killed from a certain player I do not even know, I have never met this person or played with him before he is always setting bounty's on me I have notified this person numerous times that I will notify rockstar I have put passive mode on and still get killed. The player name is CallMe_Twin this is occurring on ps3 for GTA5 I would appreciate it if this person was to be banned there were numerous of other players complaining about this person as well thank you very much for your time as I will be looking forward to gearing from you very soon

Rockstar Games in Farmington, Connecticut - Lost Characters-Items Bought

XBOX 360 - GRAND THEFT AUTO V LAUNCH. Spent hours and XBox Points building characters and buying a house only to lose everything when I logged back on to play. After numerous phone calls to the 866-922-8694 Support number and waiting 2 hours on hold before hanging up, I Googled info on any other problems with their service. This website came up and, I did try to call the number listed here before leaving a complaint - it's discoonected. WORST COMPANY FOR CONSUMER SUPPORT OR GAME LAUNCH EVER!!! I would not spend a dime on their services in the future.

I agree with the whole never supporting a rockstar game again, I've also called support for issues and when finally contacting them all they did was put a "ticket" on their website which they never responded to. No matter what anyone says GTA5/O is not a masterpiece, their are very little improvements made over the last few games that they have made with *** cover, shooting and driving (though I will admit it is improved from GTA4 but thats not a compliment for GTA5 as much as an insult to how bad GTA4 truly was) and to top it all off they released the game in a broken and incomplete game which they intentionally held back to ensure people wouldn't know and negatively affect sales. Now they have completely destroyed the online with reduction in cash and rp over all activities in the game in order to force us to purchase their cash cards, people like to insult EA or even worse Bioware, but both have far better customer service and Bioware has improved on every game they have ever made, in all reality Rockstar is one of the game companies in the industry right now, I truly hope that this leads to extreme loss of sales in the future and they go bankrupt and are forced to sell the franchise to a company who actually cares about games and the people who play them.

Lost all of my cars bought and fixed up and now none of the Los Santos Customs

Shops show up on the map so I can't upgrade any vehicles. I have to start

All over from scratch if I want the customs shops to show up again.

Thanks a lot rockstar and take two interactive garbage...want my money back!

Rockstar Games - Game I bought isn't working and I want money back

Bought Gta 3 for 4th generation IPod and it crashes everytime I open it. It's 5 bucks, and I haven't gotten to play a minute of it! I doubt that they will even read this, but i just want to use what i paid for! Do i need to beg? I really just wanted the sandbox mode! The other games are way to much space, and money.I know rockstar games is busy working on newer versions...but fix the slight bug PLZ, or gimme ma money back! I mean, how hard can it be too fix it? It's just a little bug! Use some cyber bug repellent or something!

I can't even play GTA5 online but some other people can!? That's BS they should have been more prepared for that but of course they suck!
