Ich wollte von Rockstar das mein Steam Account umgeschrieben wird auf mein NEUEN Rockstar Account.
Was ist Passiert nach mehrerem hin und her hat Rockstar das Ticket Geschlossen ohne mein Anliegen geklärt zu haben...
Das ist mittlerweile das 4 mal mit ein und dem selben Anliegen.
Ich kann meine Spiele die ich auf Steam gekauft habe nicht mehr Spielen da ich auf meine alte email adresse keinen zugriff mehr habe.
Deswegen habe ich mir ein neues Rockstar konto erstellt und wollte NUR steam mit dem neuen Account verbunden haben damit ich endlich wieder los legen kann. Hatte mir sogar extra GTA 4 gekauft auf steam weil es noch ein Spiel war was ich nicht gehabt habe.
das kann ich natürlich auch nicht spielen. genau wie das spiel das auf steam schon lange in meinem besitz ist (Red Dead Redemtion 2)
GTA 5 habe ich mir auf meinem neuen Rockstar konto schon gekauft da ich dieses spiel nur auf Rockstar gehabt habe.. aber das ist so eine Frechheit ...
Immer antwortet eine andere person ... nie ein und die selbe..
immer werden nachweise angefordert und am ende wollen die wisen wann ich in game wärung gekauft habe und so weiter .. was an sich mit dem Thema nichts zu tun hat ... es geht nur um die Verknüpfung meines Steam kontos mit Rockstar...

habe schon mal gefragt wegen der umschreibung des accounts weil ich keinen zugriff mehr auf meine alte email habe ... und nun wieder das selbe problem ich kaufe ein spiel auf steam und kann es nicht spielen weil ihr unfähig seit meinen alten account raus zu nehmen und meinen neuen account ein zu tragen ... will kein geld mehr um sonst aus geben schreibt es endlich um von ke.boehning@t-online.de auf ke.boehning@***.com... sonst muss ich mal einen anwalt hinzu ziehen... da habe ich keine *** drauf weil ich denke wir können das auch so lösen.
